Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Therapist role based in India at Sterling Holiday Resort(I)Limited. The Therapist will provide professional wellness and therapeutic services to guests, including conducting individualized therapy or spa treatments aligned with resort standards. Daily responsibilities include assessing guest needs, recommending suitable treatments, maintaining treatment rooms and equipment, and ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety protocols. The role involves clear communication with guests about procedures, aftercare, and wellness practices, while maintaining accurate records of sessions and services provided. The Therapist will collaborate with other resort staff to deliver a seamless guest experience and may support wellness promotions, packages, or special events.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong therapeutic and wellness skills, such as experience in spa therapies, body treatments, or massage techniques appropriate to a resort environment.
- Candidates should possess skills in client assessment and care planning, including the ability to understand guest needs, provide suitable recommendations, and offer personalized service.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain treatments clearly, maintain guest comfort, and work effectively with colleagues.
- Candidates should possess sound knowledge of hygiene, safety, and professional ethics, including adherence to resort policies and confidentiality standards.
- Relevant certification or diploma in therapy, spa management, physiotherapy, massage therapy, or a related wellness field is preferred.
- Prior experience working in hospitality, wellness centers, or spa environments is beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and to stand or move for extended periods during treatments.
- Familiarity with basic documentation, scheduling systems, or resort management processes is an added advantage.
