- Leverage Therapeutic Area (TA) knowledge/exposure to generate meaningful insights.
- Design impactful dashboards and data stories for business stakeholders.
- Apply problem structuring and hypothesis-driven analysis to analytical challenges.
- Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and scalability.
- Own end-to-end analytical modules and use cases.
- Translate business requirements into analytical frameworks and solutions.
- Generate actionable business insights, not just analytical outputs.
- Automate recurring analyses and improve overall analytical efficiency.
- Mentor Analysts and ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
