WHAT WE DO
FlytBase is the global category leader in Physical AI for Large sites. FlytBase’s drone autonomy platform powers mission-critical operations across 400+ enterprise sites in 70+ countries. Our customers include Fortune 500 leaders such as Shell, CSX, UK Police, Airbus, Anglo American, Dole, and Statnett. FlytBase has its presence in 70+ countries with offices in the US and Pune, India. FlytBase is building the nervous system for large industrial sites.
We operate at AI speed - autonomy and intelligence at our core. Our lean team thrives in a high-agency, high-velocity environment where AI is not a side project; it is the operating system for how we think, build, and grow.
THE ROLE
You don't wait for leads to arrive - you go find them. As FlytBase's Outbound BDR, you'll identify and pursue named enterprise accounts across energy, mining, and critical infrastructure sectors using a combination of creative prospecting instincts and AI-powered automation. This role is for hunters: people who build systems to find the right companies, identify the right people within them, and reach out in a way that breaks through. You'll own the outbound engine - and you'll build that engine yourself, using AI orchestration, MarTech tools, and a hacker's mindset to run campaigns that feel personalised at scale. Think: opening Google Maps to find mining operations by site footprint, pulling the company into Hermes/Claude/Clay, finding the right set of connects, and sending a message that will resonate with them.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
• Outbound prospecting: Identify and target named accounts via email, LinkedIn, phone, and creative data sourcing - competitive displacement and whitespace expansion
• AI agent building: Design and deploy outbound AI agents that automate account research, personalise outreach at scale, and run campaigns - you build the agent, the agent writes the emails
• Campaign strategy: Develop and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns by vertical, geography, and persona - including event-triggered and intent-based campaigns
• MarTech orchestration: Work across Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencing platforms, and AI tools to build target lists, enrich data, and automate workflows
• Pipeline generation: Convert outbound activity into qualified pipeline - you're accountable for meetings set and pipeline created, not just dials made
• Market intelligence: Feed real-time insights on prospect objections, competitor sightings, and messaging performance back to marketing and product
• Experimentation: Test messaging hypotheses, sequences, and channels continuously - you optimise based on data, not intuition alone
BEST SUITED FOR
• 0–2 years in outbound sales, SDR, or growth/marketing roles with a hunter track record
• Demonstrable experience building AI-powered workflows or agents - you've shipped something, not just read about it
• Strong command of outbound tools: Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencing, intent data platforms
• AI-native approach: already using AI for prospecting research, sequence personalisation, and workflow automation as a daily operating system • Hacker mindset: creative, resourceful, willing to go find information others skip past
• Strong written English with ability to write outreach that earns replies from Fortune 500 executives
• Metrics-driven: comfortable tracking conversion rates, reply rates, meeting rates, and pipeline contribution
WHAT MAKES YOU A FLYTER
• Hunter personality: You find creative ways to identify and reach the right people - waiting for leads is not your mode
• AI as leverage: You build agents and workflows that make you 10x more effective, not just slightly faster
• Systems builder: You don't run one-off campaigns - you build replicable, compounding outbound machines
• Technical curiosity: You're genuinely interested in autonomous site operations and can speak intelligently to why it matters to an operations director at a $5B mining company
• Hacker creativity: If you can Google Maps a geography, cross-reference company size, enrich contacts, and launch a geo-targeted campaign within an afternoon - you belong here
WHAT WE DON'T WANT
• People who think outbound means blasting 500 generic templates and hoping for replies
• Candidates who need a defined playbook before they can move - you write the playbook here
• Anyone who hasn't actually built an AI workflow or agent and can only talk about it theoretically
• Reps who measure success by activity (emails sent, calls logged) rather than outcomes (pipeline created, meetings held)
WHY FLYTBASE?
• H3 Philosophy: We're building a company that's Happy, Healthy, AND High-Performing. Not as a balance—as a harmony. We move fast without burning out.
• Radical Ownership: You won't need permission to experiment, build, or lead. If you see a problem, you own the solution.
• Mazaa Aayega: Our internal motto. Yes, the work is intense. But it's also deeply meaningful and genuinely fun.
• Systems That Scale: We don't celebrate one-off heroics. We build compounding systems that create leverage.
• In-Person Energy: We work from our Pune office because proximity accelerates everything—ideas, feedback, trust, and impact, but travel globally for customer meetings, tradeshows, and deployments.
THE PERKS
• High agency team and sense of purpose
• International Travel - we travel to all 6 continents (sorry, no business in Antarctica yet)
• Thought leadership & public speaking opportunities at online & physical events
• No-cap budget for AI tools, courses, or experiments
• Latest tech stack and tools - whatever helps you move faster
• Unlimited leave policy & flexible working hours (no punch-in/out)
• A damn good team to work with
READY TO FLY?
If you're energized by the idea of turning a blank spreadsheet of accounts into a pipeline of qualified meetings — and doing it with AI tools, sharp messaging, and relentless experimentation — we want to meet you.
