Job details:
About PlumPlum is an employee insurance and health benefits platform for modern organizations. Our mission is to positively impact the health and financial wellbeing of every human.
Employee health insurance has been the primary driver of health insurance penetration across developed countries. India is riding on the same wave. Employee health insurance covers 250mn people today, and would cover over 500mn people in the next decade.
But insurance in India still remains a hairy problem. No trust. Inhuman behaviour. Low awareness. Too much paperwork. Communication gaps. Overcomplicated systems. Commoditization. Complication. Manual processes. Opacity. Too much fine print. Warped policies. Scamming. Too many hiding features. Loopholes. Fear. Intimidating processes.
With Plum, we are building the most trusted insurance & healthcare provider for people and companies. We are reimagining the world of employee insurance and health benefits to build a future where insurance and benefits are accessible, inclusive and simple.
Plum currently serves thousands of the world's fastest growing organizations including the likes of Zomato, Cred, Groww, PhonePe, Zerodha, Twilio, Rippling, Atlassian and Notion. We are backed by Sequoia, Tanglin Venture Partners and Tiger Global.
