Shift: Weekends 6a-2p and 2p-10p

Duties:

  • Provides general administrative, clerical and support services to the clinical unit assigned
  • Ensures optimal and safe patient care by supporting medical and nursing staff
  • Keeps medical records and all patient care related documents secured and in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Greet visitors and direct them to patient rooms
  • Performs receptionist duties

Requirements:

  • Must have long-term care experience with knowledge in the following areas: medical terminology, multi-line phones, call light system, filing, ICD-10 knowledge and good phone etiquette
  • Have dependable transportation, driver�s license and car insurance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

AIM Palliative Home Health, which is available to those with a terminal illness who wish to continue curative treatment. AIM provides education and time for patients and families to set goals for treatment, while working to control symptoms and increase quality of life. Homedica, which provides primary medical and palliative care to those with limited mobility. The team, including licensed nurse practitioners with experience in primary care and palliative medicine, works under the direction of physicians who are Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Palliative Care. St. Joseph Hospice, a compassionate and competent leader in the hospice industry. The team works with physicians to formulate a plan of care individually tailored to the needs of the patient. St. Joseph Hospice offers Routine Hospice Care, Respite Care, Crisis Care and General Inpatient Care. Sage Rehabilitation Hospital and Outpatient Services offers an intense comprehensive program, utilizing a team of rehabilitation specialists; to guide you or your loved one along an individualized treatment plan designed to maximize functional independence. Sage Specialty Hospital (LTAC) offers patients with complex medical conditions the continued intensive medical care they need when discharged from a traditional acute care hospital but need additional time to recover before they can go home or be admitted to a rehabilitation hospital or skilled nursing facility. Capitol House provides a "home away from home"​ for those unable to remain living in their own residence. Offering rehab, respiratory services (including vent management), skilled nursing and more, the staff at Capitol House is qualified and compassionate. Companion Home Services helps each client feel comfortable and confident in their homes. From private duty services to support with grooming and meal planning to help with errands or even just friendly companionship, we provide a number of services that add to the quality of life and helps our clients retain their sense of independence no matter what their situation.
