🚨 Hiring: Test Lead - Trade Finance (FTI/FCC) | Navi Mumbai 🚨
We are looking for an experienced Test Lead with strong expertise in Trade Finance and hands-on experience with Finastra Trade Innovation (FTI) and Finastra Corporate Channels (FCC).
📍 Location: Navi Mumbai
💼 Experience: 7-10 Years
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 30 Days Preferred

- Functional Testing
- Regression Testing
- Defect Management
- SIT/UAT Support
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end testing activities for Trade Finance applications.
- Prepare test plans, test cases, and execution reports.
- Manage defect lifecycle and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Drive quality assurance initiatives and ensure timely project delivery.
- Provide test metrics and status updates to stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide testing team members.
What We're Looking For:
✔ Strong Trade Finance functional knowledge
✔ Experience leading testing teams and managing test cycles
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
✔ Banking/Financial Services domain experience preferred
