Role Description The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. This role is responsible for driving membership sales and revenue growth within the assigned territory by identifying prospects, conducting sales presentations, and closing membership deals. The Territory Sales Manager builds and maintains strong relationships with customers, ensures high-quality pre- and post-sales service, and represents the Club Mahindra brand at events, site visits, and promotional activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics, coordinating with cross-functional teams for smooth operations, and implementing sales strategies aligned with organizational goals. The role also involves mentoring and training team members, staying updated on market trends, and consistently promoting customer-centric experiences.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive targets, manage pipelines, and lead territory performance.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, handle queries, and build long-term member relationships.
- Candidates should possess Training and coaching abilities to guide team members and support continuous improvement in sales effectiveness.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, leisure, or membership-based services, with a proven track record in field sales or territory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as per business requirements.
