🚨 We're Hiring | Plant Finance Head | Cement Industry 🚨
Are you a finance professional with strong manufacturing exposure and a passion for driving financial excellence at plant operations?
We are looking for a Plant Finance Head for our Cement Manufacturing Plant.
📍 Location: Chatrasala, Karnataka
💼 Experience: 10-12 Years
🎓 Qualification: CMA / ICWA or CA (Mandatory) along with a Finance/Commerce discipline qualification
💰 CTC: Up to ₹20 Lakhs per annum
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage plant accounting, financial controls, and book closure activities.
✅ Drive inventory reconciliation, material balancing, and cost optimization initiatives.
✅ Ensure GST compliance, tax reconciliations, statutory filings, and assessments.
✅ Oversee SAP finance transactions, GL postings, and cost center controls.
✅ Prepare MIS reports, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
✅ Coordinate internal, statutory, cost, and stock audits while ensuring compliance.
✅ Partner with cross-functional teams and lead the plant finance team to improve business performance.
Ideal Candidate:
✔ CMA / ICWA / CA qualified professional
✔ 10-12 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
✔ Hands-on experience in Cement, Building Materials, or Manufacturing industry preferred
✔ Strong expertise in plant accounting, costing, budgeting, and commercial finance
✔ Ability to partner with operations teams and drive business performance
