WE ARE HIRING: Tender Executive / E-Procurement Specialist
Mollimax Fire Protection Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Tender Executive to join our team at our unit in Dasna, Ghaziabad / Hapur.
📍 Location: Masuri Gulawati Industrial Area, Dasna (Near Ghaziabad / Hapur)
💼 Experience Required: 2 to 3 Years (Minimum 2 years of hands-on GeM & E-Procurement experience mandatory)

nsibilities: Portal M
onitoring: Daily tracking of relevant government tenders on GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and central/state e-Procurement portals (CPPP, PWD, Railways, PSUs). Bid Prep
aration & Submission: End-to-end management of Technical and Financial (BOQ) bid submissions. Document
ation: Handling EMD, Bank Guarantees (BG), tender fees, vendor registration, and compliance certificates using Digital Signature Certificates (DSC). Auction
Management: Participating in online Reverse Auctions (RA) and L1 price bidding. Tracking
& Follow-ups: Coordinating with departments for post-bid clarifications and tracking award statuses.Requireme
nts: Minimum
2 to 3 years of working experience on GeM and state/central e-tendering portals. Sound kn
owledge of tender documentation, DSC, and vendor portals. Good com
mand of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication. Experien
ce in Fire Protection, Manufacturing, or Industrial goods is a plus.
