Key Responsibilities
- Tender Management: Review request for proposal (RFP) and invitation to tender (ITT) files, Bill of Quantities (BOQs)
- Cost Estimation & Pricing: Compute exact material, labor, and equipment expenses to formulate competitive commercial bids.
- Project Planning & Scheduling: Design baseline execution programs and milestone timelines (using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project) for tender submissions.
- Risk & Compliance Assessment: Identify operational hazards, verify adherence to legal/safety rules, and attend pre-bid client meetings.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with procurement, finance, and engineering teams to compile accurate technical and financial packages.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on background in estimation, bidding, or project planning within construction, infrastructure, PMC
- Skills: Proficient in tender portals, cost analysis, contract terms, and scheduling software.
