Position: Telecalling Executive

Work From Home | Horticulture & Berry Crop Segment
We are looking for a confident, articulate, and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to support our business development activities in the Horticulture and Berry Crop segment, with a specific focus on Blueberry and Strawberry cultivation.
Key Responsiblity
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers, growers, nurseries, and agri-input dealers
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for Blueberry, Strawberry, and other horticulture products
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information
• Handle inbound enquiries and ensure timely lead allocation
• Schedule appointments and field visits for the Field Sales Executive team
• Conduct systematic follow-ups with prospective and existing customers
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM/database
• Coordinate with Field Sales Executives for lead handover and status updates
• Achieve assigned daily and weekly calling and lead-generation targets
• Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports and call records
Preferred Skills
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and professional telephone etiquette
• Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
• Prior experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, Agriculture, or Horticulture will be an advantage
