Jaipur Engineers is hiring a confident, energetic, and career-focused Telesales Executive & Career Counsellor to join our team at Vijay Path, Mansarovar, Jaipur.
If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with students, and have a passion for sales and career counselling, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming student enquiries through calls and other communication channels.
- Counsel students about IT courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective students.
- Achieve monthly counselling, conversion, and admission targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Confident and persuasive personality.
- Good counselling and convincing abilities.
- Sales, telecalling, education counselling, or admission experience is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of IT/software courses will be an advantage.
