Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain Client's product and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide relevant solutions to generate business leads
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure successful conversions
- Handle customer objections professionally and persuasively
- Maintain call records and report daily progress to the team lead
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop new strategies for client acquisition and retention
Requirements:
- Experience in telecalling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejections and objections professionally
- Good listening skills and persuasive speaking abilities
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and familiarity with AI tools will be an added advantage
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Salary: ₹15000-₹20000 per month
