About Gracia Marcom
Gracia Marcom is a purpose-driven advertising, marketing and business-growth company helping brands establish, market and scale their presence across India and international markets—particularly the USA.
Our services include branding, digital marketing, websites, e-commerce, content, events, print production, marketing automation and international market activation.
We are building a disciplined, ambitious and people-centred team where individuals receive the freedom to take ownership, the challenges to develop competence and the support to grow professionally and personally.
Why Are We Hiring for This Position?
We are looking for a confident and persistent Telecalling & Appointment Setting Executive who can start meaningful conversations with prospective clients, understand their business needs and schedule qualified appointments for our business-development team.
This is not a position where you simply read from a script or make random calls to complete a daily target.
You will represent Gracia Marcom during the first interaction with potential clients. Your ability to create curiosity, listen carefully and build trust will directly influence our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients in India and international markets.
- Contact leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn.
- Introduce Gracia Marcom’s services clearly and confidently.
- Understand each prospect’s business, challenges and marketing priorities.
- Qualify leads based on their requirements, decision-making authority, budget, interest and timeline.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the business-development or leadership team.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects without becoming repetitive or pushy.
- Handle initial questions and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate lead information, call notes, follow-up dates and appointment status in the CRM or tracking sheet.
- Confirm scheduled appointments and reduce meeting cancellations and no-shows.
- Re-engage inactive, old and previously interested leads.
- Coordinate with the marketing and business-development teams on campaigns and lead quality.
- Share regular reports on calls, conversations, follow-ups, appointments and outcomes.
- Learn from call results and continuously improve the pitch, questions and follow-up approach.
- Achieve agreed targets for qualified conversations and confirmed appointments.
What Does the Right Person Look Like?
You may be a strong fit if you:
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English and Hindi.
- Are comfortable speaking with founders, business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Can listen carefully instead of dominating the conversation.
- Know how to ask relevant questions and understand a prospect’s actual requirements.
- Can build rapport without sounding scripted or overly sales-focused.
- Are comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently.
- Can handle rejection without losing confidence or professionalism.
- Are organised and disciplined about updating lead records and follow-up dates.
- Take responsibility for results rather than only reporting the number of calls made.
- Are curious about business, marketing and international growth.
- Can learn different services and explain their value in simple language.
Freshers with excellent communication skills, confidence and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
Experience in telecalling, telesales, appointment setting, inside sales, lead generation, customer service or business development will be preferred.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
Success is not measured only by how many calls you make. It is measured by:
- Meaningful conversations with relevant prospects.
- Correctly qualified leads.
- Confirmed appointments with decision-makers.
- Strong attendance rates for scheduled meetings.
- Consistent and timely follow-ups.
- Accurate lead and CRM records.
- Improvement in appointment quality and conversion over time.
Our Value System
Disciplined Execution
You follow up when promised, maintain accurate records and consistently turn daily plans into reliable action.
Empowered Autonomy
You receive the freedom to manage conversations and follow-ups while remaining accountable for appointment quality and results.
Growth Through Challenge
Every objection, difficult prospect and unsuccessful call becomes an opportunity to strengthen your communication and sales ability.
Purposeful Alignment
Your work should create value for the prospective client, contribute to Gracia Marcom’s growth and support your own professional development.
Co-creation of an Ecosystem for Deeper Interests
We encourage you to contribute ideas, improve scripts and processes, explore your strengths and grow beyond a narrowly defined calling role.
We also believe in open conversations, empathetic leadership, psychological safety and employee wellbeing. High performance and a supportive workplace should coexist.
Where Can This Position Lead?
A strong performer can grow into roles such as:
- Senior Appointment Setter
- Inside Sales Executive
- Business Development Executive
- International Business Development Executive
- Inside Sales Team Leader
- Business Development Manager
Your growth will depend on the quality of your conversations, appointments and follow-ups.
Company Size & Vibe Check
We are a growing, hands-on team where your contribution will be visible and meaningful.
You will work closely with decision-makers, receive direct feedback and understand how your conversations influence actual business opportunities. Our environment is ambitious, collaborative, execution-focused and built for people who want to take responsibility and grow.
Please Do Not Apply If

- You believe telecalling means reading the same script to every prospect.
- You focus only on call quantity and take no responsibility for lead or appointment quality.
- You avoid follow-ups after the first call or message.
- You become discouraged by rejection or unanswered calls.
- You are uncomfortable speaking in professional English.
- You do not listen carefully or record conversation details accurately.
- You require repeated reminders to complete routine follow-ups.

- You are not comfortable commuting to our office in Gota, Ahmedabad, for a full-time, work-from-office role.

Work Arrangement
This is a full-time, work-from-office position at Gota, Ahmedabad.
Depending on the assigned target market, candidates should be open to working during suitable business hours for Indian or international prospects. The applicable work timings will be communicated clearly.
