Job Title: Telecaller (1 Position)
- Experience: 1–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
- Salary: ₹2.2 LPA – ₹4.0 LPA + Attractive Incentives
- Location: Bengaluru
- Qualification: Graduate/PUC with good communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Generate quality leads for the sales team.
- Fix appointments for Relationship Managers.
- Explain the company's insurance products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Follow up with prospective customers on a regular basis.
- Maintain daily call reports and lead status.
- Update customer details and interactions
- Coordinate with the sales team for appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with potential customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
Required Skills:
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office .
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of English and Kannada (Hindi/Telugu is an added advantage)
