Trendydice is one of India's leading custom merchandise companies, helping corporates, startups, colleges, universities, and event organizers create premium customized apparel and promotional products. We specialize in custom T-shirts, hoodies, jerseys, corporate gifting, and college merchandise.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller / Customer Support Executive who can handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, follow up with customers, and coordinate with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing leads.
- Follow up on quotations and pending orders.
- Explain Trendydice products and services professionally.
- Generate qualified sales appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain customer records in CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and production teams for order updates.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent support.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements- Graduate in any discipline (Freshers can also apply).
- Excellent Hindi communication skills.
- Basic English communication preferred.
- Good persuasion and customer handling skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Candidates- Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or BPO.
- Experience in apparel, printing, gifting, or e-commerce industry is a plus.
Working Days & Timings- Monday – Saturday
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
