About the Role
YESTE is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused Telecallers to join our growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and customer engagement, with a clear career progression to become a Client Advisory Executive based on performance, training, and skill development.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound enquiries.
* Introduce YESTE’s migration, study abroad, and recruitment services.
* Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
* Schedule appointments for Client Advisory Executives.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
* Follow up with prospective clients and nurture leads.
* Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
* Build positive relationships through professional communication.
* Coordinate with the admissions, counselling, and marketing teams to ensure seamless client service.
Required Skills
* Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an advantage).
* Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
* Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
* Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
* Good listening and customer service skills.
Qualification
* Bachelor’s degree preferred (graduates or final-year students may apply).
* Freshers are welcome. Candidates with telecalling, customer service, BPO, or sales experience will have an added advantage.
