Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Chennai. The telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, provide information about Tatva Developers’ projects, and answer queries related to properties, pricing, and availability. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating customer records in the CRM system, and following up with leads to schedule site visits or meetings with the sales team. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate information is shared, gathering feedback from customers, and supporting overall lead conversion efforts through professional and courteous communication.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with a clear and confident telephone manner.
- Customer service and client-handling skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer and CRM skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and work with call-tracking tools.
- Sales support skills, such as lead follow-up, appointment scheduling, and coordination with sales and marketing teams.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales (real estate or construction industry experience is an advantage).
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage high call volumes, and meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
