About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual to join FlyTalk Academy and help students explore career opportunities in the Aviation, Hospitality & Travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
🎓 Counsel students regarding aviation and hospitality career opportunities.
📞 Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
🤝 Build good relationships with students and parents.
📋 Follow up with prospective students and guide them through the admission process.
📈 Achieve monthly admission/enrolment targets.
📢 Promote seminars, workshops, and academy programs.
📝 Maintain student enquiry and follow-up records.
💬 Coordinate with the training and admissions team.
Skills Required:
Good communication and convincing skills
Positive attitude and confidence
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel
Ability to work with targets
Freshers are welcome
