Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Counsellor to guide students and working professionals interested in Banking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling leads, understanding career goals, and helping learners choose the right banking programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and professionals about Banking courses
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, and WhatsApp inquirie
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets
Eligibility & Skills:
- 12th or Graduate in any discipline
- 0–1 years of experience in tele-counselling, sales, or education sector
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
