Tele caller / Guest Relations Executive
Location: Palghar, Maharashtra
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Languages Required: Marathi, Hindi, and English

Job Summary
We are looking for a female graduate to handle tele calling, guest relations, and channel partner coordination. The candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable interacting with customers and channel partners professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and channel partners.
- Coordinate with channel partners regarding project updates, enquiries, and business requirements.
- Communicate with channel partners to facilitate customer enquiries and site visits.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer and channel partner queries.
- Coordinate and follow up on customer appointments and site visits.
- Maintain call records, customer details, and follow-up updates.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of queries.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and channel partners.
Candidate Requirements
- Female candidate with a graduate degree in any discipline.
- Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to coordinate with channel partners and customers professionally.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Compensation: - ₹20,000 per month
