JOB OPENING – AUTOMOBILE WORKSHOP
📍 Location: Gurgaon – Sector 16
🏢 Industry: Automobile / Car Dealership – Service Workshop
We are looking for a customer-focused and well-groomed professional to join our Service Team.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist customers visiting the service workshop.
• Manage customer reception and ensure a smooth service experience.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with Service Advisors.
• Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Maintain regular communication with customers during their workshop visit.
• Coordinate with Service, CRM and other departments for customer requirements.
• Ensure high standards of customer hospitality and service experience.
• Support customer feedback, follow-up and satisfaction initiatives.
Candidate Profile
• Experience in Automobile Dealership / Service Workshop / Hospitality / Customer Relations preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with strong customer-handling abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Candidates with experience in premium/luxury automobile or hospitality environments will be preferred.
