Role Description
We are seeking a part-time TEF/TCF French Teacher for a fully remote role. In this position, you will be responsible for preparing students for TEF (Test d’Évaluation de Français) and TCF (Test de Connaissance du Français) exams by delivering engaging online lessons suited to various skill levels. You will design lesson plans, provide personalized support to students, offer constructive feedback, and monitor their progress. The role also includes creating an interactive and encouraging learning environment to help students achieve their language proficiency goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in French Teaching and Tutoring with experience in preparing students for French language exams (e.g., TEF, TCF).
- Expertise in Teaching and Education practices with a strong ability to tailor lesson plans to individual learning needs.
- Experience in Teacher Training and mentoring educators is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to work effectively in a remote teaching environment.
- Relevant certifications in French language teaching (e.g., DELF/DALF certificates) and a background in education or linguistics are preferred.
Requirements
Proficiency in French (Minimum B2 level; C1/C2 preferred).
Certified in French language teaching (DELF/DALF, Alliance Française, or equivalent preferred).
Prior experience in teaching French, especially for immigration exams, is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with TEF/TCF exam patterns and immigration policies is a plus.
Ability to work with diverse client profiles and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
Basic computer skills and comfort with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
Must be flexible throughout the US shift
