Job Description: Tech Lead – .NET (Lending)
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 12–16 Years
We are looking for a hands-on .NET Tech Lead to lead the development of scalable lending applications, manage a team of developers and ensure high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of lending modules, APIs and microservices.
- Drive low-level design, coding standards and code reviews.
- Optimize application and SQL Server performance.
- Lead and mentor a team of 5–10 developers.
- Handle production issues, RCA and performance improvements.
- Drive CI/CD, DevOps and AI-assisted development practices.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong C#, .NET 6/7/8 and ASP.NET Core Web API.
- EF Core, Dapper and advanced SQL Server.
- Microservices and distributed systems.
- Kafka, RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus.
- Polly, retry and circuit breaker patterns.
- Async/await, multithreading and concurrency.
- DDD, SOLID, Saga and Idempotency.
Experience Requirements
- 12–16 years of IT experience.
- 3+ years as a Technical Lead.
- Experience in Lending, FinTech or BFSI preferred.
- 50–60% hands-on coding.
- Experience managing 5–10 developers.
Good to Have: GitHub Copilot, Gemini Code Assist and AI-assisted development experience.
