We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. In this role, you will architect scalable backend systems and develop AI-driven workflows that power sales intelligence for millions of company and contact records.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build scalable backend infrastructure to support large-scale data processing.
- Develop and implement AI and large language model (LLM) agentic frameworks to enhance sales intelligence capabilities.
- Own technical problems end-to-end, ensuring high-quality delivery and performance.
- Collaborate closely with product teams and company leadership to align technology solutions with business goals.
Requirements:
- 7 to 11 years of professional experience in backend development and technical leadership.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable systems handling large datasets.
- Experience working with AI-driven workflows and LLM frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad.
