Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Writer role located in the Pune Division. The Technical Writer will create, organize, and maintain clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical documentation for brewing systems and related software. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and updating product manuals, installation guides, maintenance procedures, and technical specifications in close collaboration with engineering, product, and support teams. The role involves translating complex technical concepts into accessible content for both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring consistency in tone, terminology, and formatting across documents. The Technical Writer will also review existing documentation for clarity and completeness, incorporate feedback from stakeholders, and help define documentation standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Technical Writing and Technical Communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Candidates should possess experience in Technical Documentation and Documentation management, including organizing and structuring content for different audiences.
- Candidates should possess the ability to develop and maintain Manuals and user guides for hardware and software products.
- Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., word processors, markdown editors, or documentation platforms) and basic understanding of version control is beneficial.
- Solid grasp of engineering or technology concepts, ideally with exposure to embedded systems, IoT devices, or hardware–software integration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical communication, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a product-based or manufacturing environment and familiarity with industry documentation standards is an advantage.
CTC offered for this role is between 3.5 to 4 LPA.
