Role Description The Technical Trainer for Embedded, IoT & Robotics is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves designing and delivering training programs on embedded systems, IoT platforms, and robotics hardware to students, customers, and internal team members. Daily responsibilities include preparing instructional materials, conducting hands-on workshops, demonstrating the use of microcontrollers, sensors, development boards, and robotics kits, and guiding learners through practical projects. The trainer will assess participant skill levels, provide feedback, and continuously improve training content based on learner outcomes and emerging technologies. Collaboration with sales, support, and product teams is expected to align training with customer needs and product capabilities.
Qualifications
- Conduct technical training for school and college students
- Deliver hands-on training in electronics, embedded systems, IoT, robotics, automation and related technologies
- Optimize training curriculum, modules, presentations and practical exercises
- Prepare and maintain training kits, hardware demo setups for training
- Conduct practical demonstrations, workshops and lab sessions
- Guide participants in projects, prototypes and problem-solving
- Evaluate learning through assignments, practical tests and projects
- Develop new training programs based on industry requirements
- Handle advanced technical queries during training
- Maintain training quality, feedback and improvement reports
- Support the pre-sales team with technical demonstrations and solution discussions
- Regularly work on and support student prototype development activities
- Encourage and guide students to participate in competitions and hackathons
- Mentor students on development work related to their projects and prototypes
- Be ready for field work/travel related to training programs as required in and around overall Tamil Nadu
