💼 Technical Support / Application Engineer — Industrial Automation & Robotics
📍 Location: Chennai /Bengaluru (Remote / Travel across India)
🛠 Responsibilities
· Provide pre-sales & after-sales technical support to agents & OEM customers
· Troubleshoot PLC, motion control, HMI, servo drive & robotic integration issues
· Support product setup, commissioning, firmware/software updates & remote diagnostics
· Document issues/solutions and work with global engineering/R&D on escalations
· Support customer/distributor training and test new hardware/software releases
✅ Requirements
· Bachelor’s or above in Electrical Automation Engineering or related
· 3+ years in technical support, troubleshooting & field service
· Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, servo drives & motion controllers
· Familiar with Modbus, EtherCAT, CANopen, Profinet, EtherNet/IP; Kinco Builder, DTools Pro, CODESYS; digital/smart factory & IoT
· Able to read electrical schematics & PLC logic; strong analytical & communication skills
· Fluent English & Hind
· Robotic arms, robots, AGV/AMR/Shuttle experience a plus
· Willing to travel across India
