Key Responsibilities:
Should have hands on experience in international and domestic sales and marketing and new business development and implementation of new sales strategies.
Should also have Port marine exposure.
Should be able to appoint Channel sales, Able to appoint our agents across 110 countries
Exhibitions plan visit & attend.
Port marine exposure, can be added as advantage.

· Identifying and Pursuing Opportunities:

· Strategic Planning:
BDMs develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, expand market share, and increase profitability.
· Collaboration:
They work closely with sales teams, marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
· Negotiation and Closing:
BDMs negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients, working towards successful deal closures.
· Market Analysis:
They stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential threats and opportunities.
· Performance Tracking:
BDMs track and analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
