Role Overview:
If you enjoy meeting customers, solving technical challenges, and closing deals, this is your opportunity to build a rewarding career in industrial sales.
Key Responsibility:
- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
- Actively visit industrial clients, workshops, manufacturing units, and engineering firms to promote company products.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products from the company's portfolio.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads, enquiries, and quotations to close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, delivery follow-ups, and after-sales support.
- Prepare daily/weekly visit reports and sales activity reports for management review.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and industry trends.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati— written and verbal.
- Knowledge of machine tools, engineering equipment, or industrial products is a must.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in a field sales environment.
- Basic computer knowledge — MS Office, email communication, and WhatsApp Business.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally for client visits.
Eligibility:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in hydraulic press machines or industrial machinery
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for customer visits
- Passion for sales and business development
Work schedules and Benefits:
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Rajkot, Gujarat
Working Days: 6 Days (Wednesday Off)
Transportation facility from Rajkot.
