About the Role
Greenergy Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Engineer to join our Industrial Utility Solutions team in West Bengal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and promoting our range of industrial utility solutions.
This role is ideal for professionals who possess a strong understanding of industrial equipment, enjoy interacting with customers, and are passionate about providing technical solutions that create value.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories in West Bengal.
- Promote utility solutions to industrial customers.
- Conduct customer visits to understand process requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, consultants, and channel partners.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal technical, service, and commercial teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Preferred Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in industrial equipment sales.
- Experience with boilers, steam systems, water treatment equipment, or related industrial utility products will be preferred.
- Exposure to B2B industrial sales is desirable.
Skills Required
- Strong industrial sales and business development skills.
- Technical understanding of heating and water treatment systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good geographical knowledge of West Bengal and its industrial belt.
- Ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Self-driven with strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM softwares.
