Position Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Partner (ACI Contract) in Pune, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional hiring outcomes by driving candidate quality, providing strategic talent advisory support, and building strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders. This role is focused on identifying, assessing, and securing high-caliber talent while ensuring an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in candidate assessment, market intelligence, stakeholder management, and consultative recruiting practices. You will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, ensuring hiring decisions are data-driven, aligned with business needs, and focused on long-term talent success.
Please note: Our objective is to implement a new operating model that includes an additional recruiter role. The intention is to evaluate performance over time and convert the individual into a permanent position based on demonstrated success and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Quality & Assessment
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for professional, technical, and leadership positions across assigned business groups.
- Conduct rigorous candidate screening and behavioral-based assessments to evaluate technical capability, leadership potential, cultural alignment, and long-term fit.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality of hire, ensuring only highly qualified and well-matched candidates progress through the hiring process.
- Provide structured candidate evaluations and actionable recommendations to hiring managers, supported by interview insights and market intelligence.
- Calibrate candidate quality standards across stakeholders to ensure consistent hiring decisions.
Stakeholder Management & Talent Advisory
- Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders.
- Facilitate intake discussions to understand workforce plans, business objectives, role requirements, and success profiles.
- Serve as a strategic advisor by providing guidance on talent availability, compensation trends, competitor insights, and hiring strategies.
- Influence stakeholders through data, market intelligence, and consultative recommendations to support informed hiring decisions.
- Effectively manage expectations and provide proactive communication throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies utilizing professional networks, referrals, digital platforms, and direct market engagement.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Drive proactive market mapping and competitor intelligence activities to identify future talent opportunities.
- Leverage recruitment technologies and sourcing tools to attract top-tier talent.
Recruitment Process Excellence
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.
- Drive interview process effectiveness by partnering with interview teams on candidate evaluation and selection.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Monitor recruiting metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance hiring outcomes.
Employer Brand & Continuous Improvement
- Serve as an ambassador for ACI’s culture, values, and employee value proposition.
- Support diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive recruitment practices.
- Lead or participate in projects focused on process optimization, hiring manager capability building, and recruiting innovation.
- Ensure all recruiting activities comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
Required Qualifications
- 3–9 years of recruitment experience with demonstrated success in talent acquisition and stakeholder management.
- Proven expertise in candidate assessment, talent evaluation, and quality hiring practices.
- Strong consulting and relationship-management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Experience supporting technical, professional, or corporate hiring functions.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting within a global or multinational organization.
- Demonstrated success hiring niche and difficult-to-fill talent.
- Knowledge of talent market trends, workforce planning, and competitive intelligence.
- Experience using modern ATS platforms and sourcing technologies.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and drive recruitment strategy discussions.
