Senior Technical Recruiter- US IT & Non-IT Hiring
Pune, India | 5 days in-office | Full-time |3-5 years experience | US market focus

Quore IT LLC is a US-based sourcing & recruitment firm with one of their office in Koregaon Park Annex, Pune, India exclusively serving the US market. We partner with growth-stage startups and mid-market tech companies to place top talent across IT and Non-IT functions. We move fast, operate lean, and expect everyone on the team to bring ownership-not just execution.
What we're looking for :
Experience
• 3-5 years of hands-on US IT and Non-IT recruitment - agency experience preferred.
• Result oriented with proven track record.
• Strong sourcing chops across LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and niche boards. (We currently are emphasized around "Linkedin Recuriter only").
• Deep familiarity with US hiring norms - work authorizations (H1B, GC, OPT/CPT, USC), comp benchmarks, relocation, and notice perio
• Experience across a mix of roles: Software Engineering, Data, Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance.
• ATS tool proficiency is an add-on. Though we are already testing in-house ATS/CRM
• Excellent written and spoken English — you'll be engaging US clients and candidates directly.
Mandatory requirement :
All shortlisted candidates must provide a minimum of 2 verifiable placed candidates information . All US-based. References will be actively contacted during the selection process.
