About the Job
NexRevo Global is a growing engineering and project management consultancy delivering complex infrastructure and large-scale development projects across international markets.
We are seeking an HR Recruiter with strong experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or project-based recruitment to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the hiring of technical and non-technical professionals.

Role Summary
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, selection, offer follow-up, and onboarding support.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for construction, engineering, infrastructure, and project-related positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions and project requirements.
• Recruit engineers, site engineers, project managers, planners, QS, HSE, QA/QC, MEP, and other technical professionals.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical experience, project exposure, location, availability, and salary expectations. Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, interview feedback, offers, and joining formalities.
• Maintain updated candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and recruitment reports.
• Support bulk hiring and multiple-position recruitment for construction and infrastructure projects.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies and meet recruitment targets. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of candidate information and recruitment records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or contracting.
• Good understanding of engineering and construction job profiles.
• Experience recruiting for civil, structural, MEP, planning, QS, HSE, QA/QC, and site-based roles is preferred.
• UAE/GCC recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
