Hiring for: Arcot Group

- CTC: ₹3–4 LPA fixed. The budget cannot go above this range.
- Location: On-site. The role requires working from BOTH Arcot Group's Lower Parel (Mumbai) and Vashi (Navi Mumbai) offices, based on business need. Please apply only if you can commute to both.
- Experience: 2–5 years in IT / tech recruitment (agency, staffing, or in-house).

What you'll do
- Own end-to-end hiring for tech roles (developers, QA, DevOps, data/AI) plus some non-tech/support roles
- Source actively on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub and referrals — this is an outbound role, not just screening applicants
- Write Boolean searches, run outreach and follow-ups, and build talent pools for repeat roles
- Screen candidates for skills, CTC, notice period and location fit before sharing profiles
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, manage offers and follow up until joining
- Keep the ATS updated and report weekly funnel numbers (sourced → screened → interviewed → offered → joined)
You're a fit if you
- Have personally closed tech roles in your last job
- Can explain, in simple terms, what a frontend, backend, full-stack, DevOps, QA and data engineer does
- Can write a Boolean string for LinkedIn or Naukri
- Are comfortable with targets and handling multiple open roles at once
