Adler & Pfau India Private Limited is the Indian subsidiary of Adler & Pfau GmbH, Germany. Together, we are building the digital infrastructure for ethical skilled workforce mobility between India and Germany through technology, AI and digital education.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for exceptional people who want to help shape the future of our products, our technology, and our company. We’re now hiring our first Technical Product Manager to join our Founding Team in Mumbai.

What You’ll Do
As one of the first product hires, you’ll play a key role in shaping not only our products, but also how product management is practised across the Adler & Pfau ecosystem.
• Partner directly with the founders to shape product strategy and roadmap.
• Translate business ideas into PRDs, user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog, manage Jira, and support sprint planning.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive customer experiences.
• Work closely with engineering team to clarify requirements and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Understand APIs, system architecture and code well enough to facilitate technical discussions.
• Test features, validate releases and drive continuous product improvements.
• Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Lovable and others) to rapidly prototype ideas, build landing pages, create internal tools and improve team productivity.
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management or Software Engineering.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand code, APIs and modern web applications.
• Experience writing PRDs, managing backlogs and working in Agile environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for using modern AI tools to build products faster and smarter.
• A startup mindset—you enjoy ownership, learning quickly and solving problems.
