🚀 We’re Hiring | Technical Pre-Sales Engineer – Solar & BESS ☀️🔋

Sukruthi Innovations is looking for an experienced Technical Pre-Sales Engineer – Solar & BESS to join our team in Bengaluru.
This is a client-facing, solution-oriented technical role involving Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) solutions, technical proposals, presentations and customer discussions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Understand customer requirements and develop suitable Solar PV & BESS solutions
• Prepare technical proposals, techno-commercial offers, RFQs/RFPs and tender submissions
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations/PPTs to clients, consultants and stakeholders
• Participate in client meetings, pre-bid meetings and technical discussions
• Coordinate with BD, Design, Procurement and Operations teams
• Review BOQs, specifications, drawings and tender documents
• Support preliminary Solar PV system design, SLDs, equipment selection and energy-generation reports
• Support BESS solution development, including battery sizing concepts, PCS, EMS, BMS and SCADA understanding
• Provide technical inputs throughout the sales cycle and support successful project acquisition

✅ BESS – Battery Energy Storage Systems
✅ Technical & Techno-Commercial Proposal Preparation
✅ Tender / RFP / RFQ Documentation
✅ Client-Facing Technical Discussions
✅ Technical Presentations & PowerPoint
✅ Solution Design & Engineering Coordination
✅ BOQ / BOM / SLD Understanding
✅ Strong communication and presentation skills
🔹 Added Advantage
⭐ Hands-on Solar PV Design experience
⭐ AutoCAD / PVsyst / Helioscope / SketchUp
⭐ Experience with BESS sizing, PCS, EMS & BMS
⭐ Hybrid Solar + BESS / Grid-connected BESS projects
⭐ Utility-scale, rooftop or ground-mounted Solar projects
⭐ Experience working with consultants, EPC teams and customers
🎓 Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Energy Engineering or related discipline.
👤 Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who can understand a customer's technical requirement, develop the right Solar + BESS solution, convert it into a strong technical proposal, and confidently present the solution to the client.
