About Disseqt AI
Disseqt AI is a venture-backed AI risk assurance and governance company headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. We help enterprises deploy AI agents and models safely, with policy enforcement, continuous monitoring and audit trails aligned to regulations such as the EU AI Act.
The Role
You are the technical and commercial bridge between Disseqt, our partners end clients. You'll be in the room for partner and customer conversations, translating AI risk assurance and governance into solutions the partner can sell and deliver. You'll also help move deals from first call to signed contract. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in an early-stage company, with direct access to the leadership and founders.
What You'll Do
- Technical discussions: Lead architecture and integration conversations with partner solution architects, delivery heads and client CTO/CISO/risk teams. Explain how Disseqt plugs into agentic and LLM pipelines and where it fits in a client's stack.
- Meetings: Represent Disseqt in partner and customer meetings, including discovery calls, demos, QBRs and joint account planning. Capture requirements and objections, and own follow-ups.
- Deal closure: Work with the leadership team on opportunity qualification, POC design, commercial proposals, negotiation support and contract closure. Track pipeline and POC-to-conversion progress.
- Artefacts: Draft and own SOWs, contracts and commercial terms (with legal input), technical decks, solution briefs, POC plans, benchmarking briefs and RFP responses.
- Project scoping: Scope POCs and enterprise deployments, covering effort, timelines, dependencies, success criteria and pricing inputs. Hand over cleanly to delivery and product, and keep scope under control.
- Partner enablement: Run training sessions and build playbooks so partner teams can pitch and position Disseqt without us in the room.
What You'll Bring
- on: B.Tech/B.E. from a strong engineering college, preferably an MBA from an IIM or equivalent top-tier institute.
- Experience: 3-5 years in technical pre-sales, solutions consulting, partner/alliances management, technical account management, or tech consulting. SaaS, AI/ML, cloud, cybersecurity or data platforms are preferred.
- Technical: Comfortable with APIs, cloud deployment models, LLM/agentic AI concepts, and enterprise security and compliance basics. You don't need to code daily, but you must hold your own with engineers.
- Commercial: Understands SaaS pricing, ARR/ACV, consumption models, contract structure and POC-to-production conversion.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English. You can write a sharp SOW and also handle a CXO conversation.
- Mindset: Self-starter, structured thinker, comfortable with ambiguity and with working across time zones (India/Ireland/US).
Nice to Have
- Experience working with GSIs (HCLTech, Infosys, Cognizant, TCS, etc.) or in a GSI alliances role
- Exposure to AI governance, risk, compliance, GRC or responsible AI
- Experience scoping and closing six-figure enterprise deals
What You'll Get
- Direct exposure to founders, investors and global GSI leadership
- Real ownership of deals and partner relationships
- Competitive compensation
