Job Title: Marketing / Technical Engineer (Railings, Bollards & Architectural Metals)

Location: Parel, Mumbai (Full-time, On-site)
Products: Stainless Steel (SS), Mild Steel (MS), and Aluminium (Coils, Plates, Pipes, Fittings & Custom Profiles for Railings, Bollards, etc.)
We are looking for a proactive Marketing / Technical Engineer to drive B2B sales and market expansion for our architectural and structural metal product lines (SS, MS, Aluminium) used in railings, bollards, and infrastructure applications.
Key Responsibilities- B2B Sales & Business Development:
- Target and acquire fabricators, builders, contractors, architects, and interior developers.
- Manage key accounts and secure supply contracts for ongoing construction and infrastructure projects.
- Technical Estimation & Client Support:
- Interpret architectural drawings and BOQs to provide accurate technical quotations.
- Advise clients on metal grades (e.g., SS 304/316) and finishes suitable for structural and outdoor use (railings, bollards).
- Marketing & Operations:
- Manage B2B portals (IndiaMART, TradeIndia) and digital lead generation.
- Oversee end-to-end sales pipelines from inquiry and quotation to dispatch and payment.
Qualifications & Requirements- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Marketing, or Business (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- Experience: 4–7 years in B2B sales/marketing, preferably within the metals, steel, hardware, or construction materials sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and ERP systems (e.g., Tally); ability to read architectural layouts is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication skills (English, Hindi; Marathi is a plus).
