Job Description

The core responsibilities for the job include the following: Develop and Architect: - Solve complex technical problems and write elegant, scalable, production-grade code. - Architect resilient and secure systems that scale with rapidly growing demand. - Own CI/CD, deployments, observability, and uptime, ensuring smooth operations. Execute and Lead: - Drive features end-to-end: design, implementation, deployment, and monitoring. - Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions. - Own team execution; identify bottlenecks, prioritize work, and deliver consistently. - Partner with Product and Business to translate requirements into robust tech solutions. Requirements: - 6-8 years of experience at a product-first company. - Deep hands-on expertise in full-stack development. - Strong Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot proficiency. - Experience with React or Angular. - Solid grasp of microservices and distributed systems. - DevOps experience with AWS, Jenkins, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure. - (Bonus) Frontend development exposure to Next.js .
