Seeking a skilled System Administrator (Labs) to join our Data Centre team and support the creation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical labs for Koenig's training and delivery requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, configure, and maintain technical labs to support IT training and delivery requirements.
- Build and manage lab environments across infrastructure, virtualization, cloud, networking, servers, and relevant OEM technologies.
- Configure and maintain labs based on specific training and technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to lab infrastructure, configurations, connectivity, and availability.
- Ensure labs are ready, functional, and available before scheduled training delivery.
- Develop and maintain lab documentation, configuration details, and technical procedures.
- Support lab environments involving technologies such as Nutanix, Veeam, NVIDIA, Infor, and Synti, etc.
- Monitor lab environments and proactively identify and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand training requirements and prepare appropriate lab environments.
- Maintain consistency, reliability, and readiness across different technical lab setups.
- Continuously improve lab configuration and maintenance processes.
- Leverage automation and AI tools to enhance lab creation, management, monitoring, and operational efficiency.
- Provide ongoing technical support for lab environments and ensure smooth training delivery.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in system administration, infrastructure, lab administration, or related technical environments.
- Hands-on experience in creating, configuring, and maintaining IT training labs or technical lab environments.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and system administration.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies.
- Good understanding of cloud platforms, networking, servers, and infrastructure technologies.
- Experience working with relevant OEM technologies.
