Job Summary
Ledelsea is looking for a motivated and results-driven Technical IT Recruiter to recruit top IT talent across India for our international clients. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to identify and engage high-quality technical professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract IT professionals across India through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screening interviews.
- Assess candidates' technical skills, communication, and overall suitability for open positions.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer rollout.
- Meet hiring targets while maintaining high-quality recruitment standards.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and current hiring trends.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other sourcing platforms.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
