Position: Technical Program Manager – Infrastructure & Cloud
Experience: 10–15+ years

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager – Infrastructure & Cloud with a strong L3 System Administration and Cloud Infrastructure background.
The candidate will manage complex infrastructure and cloud programs while providing technical leadership and guidance across Windows, Microsoft Infrastructure, VMware, HCI, VDI/AVD, Azure, cloud platforms, backup & DR, security, and data center environments.
The ideal candidate should be technically strong enough to review infrastructure designs, understand L3-level technical issues, challenge proposed solutions and guide engineering teams, while also managing program timelines, stakeholders, vendors, risks and deliverables.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Project Management
- Manage end-to-end infrastructure and cloud transformation programs.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, resource plans and implementation schedules.
- Coordinate L3 System Administrators, Cloud Engineers, Network, Security, Application and Database teams.
- Manage infrastructure migration, modernization and transformation projects.
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, changes and project deliverables.
- Conduct technical and management review meetings.
- Manage customer and stakeholder communication.
- Manage vendors and third-party technology partners.
- Prepare project dashboards, MIS, status reports and management presentations.
- Ensure proper HLD, LLD, SOP, implementation and handover documentation.
- Drive successful transition of projects into operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
- 10–15+ years of IT Infrastructure experience, including significant L3/System Administration experience.
- Experience managing infrastructure, cloud migration or transformation programs.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL certification is preferred.
- Microsoft Azure, VMware, Nutanix, AWS or other relevant certifications are an advantage.
