We're looking for a Business Central ERP Consultant to help shape that engine. This isn’t just another ERP gig, it’s your chance to architect the digital backbone of a fast-paced, high-growth business that's reshaping the e-commerce and retail games in the region.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead full Business Central implementations from kick-off to go-live owning every step of the process
- Customize BC to reflect Boutiqaat unique e-commerce, retail, and supply chain flows
- Configure modules for finance, inventory, logistics, and more
- Plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements with minimal disruption
- Write clean, scalable code using AL and CAL that supports BC customizations
- Develop new functionality, workflows, and logic to fit complex business requirements
- Maintain robust documentation and conduct thorough unit testing
- Troubleshoot system bugs and implement performance fixes
- Integrate BC with third-party platforms like payment gateways, shipping providers, and web stores
- Design and manage data migration strategies for new implementations or version upgrades
- Ensure real-time data synchronization and maintain high standards of data integrity and security
- Oversee ERP project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables
- Mentor technical and functional team members, aligning efforts with business and tech goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure system performance meets departmental needs
- Be the trusted ERP advisor within Boutiqaat, guiding teams through every system change
- Map evolving business needs to scalable Business Central solutions
- Configure user permissions, licensing, and security settings to match corporate policies
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring system adoption and satisfaction
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)
- Proven success in customizing and deploying Business Central in fast-paced industries
- Expert in AL & CAL programming languages
- Proficient in SQL Server, Power BI, REST/SOAP APIs
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Docker, Git, and PowerShell
- Deep understanding of BC architecture and modules (finance, warehousing, purchasing, manufacturing)
- Strong grasp of Microsoft licensing, data privacy, and compliance standards
- A track record of managing complex ERP projects and large-scale implementations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Clear, confident communication and the ability to translate tech-speak into business value
- The ability to lead teams, juggle deadlines, and stay cool under pressure
