🚀 We Are Hiring: Teamcenter MPP Support Consultant
📍 Location: Pune - Hybrid 💼 Experience: 6–10 Years
🧩 Role Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Teamcenter Manufacturing Support Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Teamcenter Manufacturing Process Planning (MPP), EasyPlan.
🔧 Responsibilities:
• Work as support consultant to provide resolution to MPP related
Production support issues.
• Analyse manufacturing structures, including
- EBOM to MBOM transformation
- BOP, routing, and operations
- Work instructions
- Plant and work area hierarchy
- BOE, resources, tools, and fixtures
• Handle both Product BOPs and Plant BOPs.
• Configure Teamcenter Manufacturing modules, including MBOM, BOP,
MPP / EasyPlan, Plant and resource structures, Workflows and
release/effectivity rules
• Troubleshoot change integration (ECR/ECO – MCR/MCN).
• Troubleshoot integration mapping with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for BOM
and routing.
• Define validation checks, reconciliation reports, and best practices to
ensure MBOM/BOE/BOP completeness and data integrity.
• Provide support to end-user on issue closure.
• Troubleshoot workflow related issue
• Propose standard industrial best practices to be used
🛠️ Required Skills & Experience:
• 6–10+ years of Teamcenter support experience with strong focus on
Manufacturing Planning (MBOM / BOP / BOE).
• Strong manufacturing domain knowledge, including: – Routing and
operations – Work instructions – Resources and tooling – Plant structures
• Hands-on experience with TC-MPP / EasyPlan.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and cross-functional
stakeholder management skills.
⭐ Good to Have
• Exposure to NX CAM and Tecnomatix Process Simulate.
• ERP / MES integration experience (SAP BOM, routing).
• Experience with multi-site or global rollouts and data migration.
🎓 Qualifications
• BE / BTech / ME / MTech in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, Industrial
Engineering, or related field • Or equivalent practical experience
