We are ONLY hiring candidates with:
โข Previous experience as a Team Leader or Operations Manager specifically in US Logistics / Freight Brokerage, AND hands-on experience handling and managing a team of Freight Brokers.
โ Candidates without relevant US Logistics / Freight Brokerage experience or previous experience managing a Freight Brokers team will NOT be considered.
๐ Location: Mohali (Phase 8B)
๐ Shift: 5:30 PM โ 2:30 AM (US Shift)
๐ผ Job Type: Full-Time

๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ:
โข Team Leader: 1โ2 years of relevant experience
โข Operations Manager: 1+ years of relevant experience
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
โข Lead, guide, and manage a team of Freight Brokers.
โข Monitor daily sales activities, calls, productivity, KPIs, and targets.
โข Support the team in achieving sales goals and improving performance.
โข Coordinate with carriers, customers, and internal teams.
โข Monitor load coverage, shipment status, and escalations.
โข Build strong business relationships and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
โข Identify performance gaps and help improve team productivity and service quality.
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ช๐ฒโ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐ฟ:
โข Strong knowledge of US Logistics / Freight Brokerage operations.
โข Proven experience handling and managing a team of Freight Brokers.
โข Knowledge of freight equipment types such as Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and LTL.
โข Familiarity with DAT, Truckstop, TMS, or similar freight tools.
โข Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
โข Good written and spoken English.
