Team Leader – Recruitment
Location: Mohali | CTC: 5.5 LPA | Experience: Max 6 years only
About the Role
We're hiring a Team Leader to manage a team of recruiters handling Merchant Navy hiring (Officers, Ratings, and crew), and to own key client relationships with shipping companies/manning agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and set targets for a team of recruiters; track performance and TAT for closures.
- Own client relationships — understand hiring requirements and ensure delivery.
- Oversee sourcing, screening, and shortlisting; ensure documentation compliance
- Share regular hiring status reports/MIS with clients and management.
- Resolve escalations and improve recruitment processes.
Requirements
- Max 6 years of recruitment experience, with proven team handling and client handling experience.
- Strong client-facing staffing experience also considered.
- Post Graduate in any discipline; strong leadership, communication, and target-driven approach.
- Comfortable with hiring tools and Excel/Sheets reporting.
