Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader role based in Coimbatore. The Team Leader will oversee day-to-day operations for an assigned team, including planning workloads, delegating tasks, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to process and quality standards. This role involves coaching and mentoring team members, conducting regular feedback sessions, managing escalations, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve operational issues. The Team Leader will analyze data and reports to identify process improvements, support implementation of best practices, and contribute to meeting client and organizational goals. The role also includes maintaining compliance with company policies, fostering an inclusive and collaborative team culture, and supporting transition or ramp-up activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams in an operations or service delivery environment, with strong people management and mentoring skills.
- Experience in workflow management, performance monitoring, and process improvement, preferably within healthcare, revenue cycle, or business process management domains.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle escalations, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and present reports or insights clearly.
- Proficiency in using productivity and reporting tools (e.g., Excel or similar), with basic analytical skills to interpret data and drive action plans.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore and manage shift requirements as per business needs, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; relevant experience in healthcare operations or BPO/KPO environments is an advantage.
- Comfort with technology-enabled workflows and openness to working within AI-driven and automated processes.
