Updated Key Responsibilities
Hub Visits & Direct Sourcing: Visit logistics hubs, dark stores, and cluster points across Hyderabad to source and attract delivery riders.
Rider Hiring & Attachment: Lead on-ground recruitment drives and seamlessly onboard/attach riders and their vehicles to the Wheeley network.
Fleet Management & Deployment: Ensure adequate rider allocation across partner clients (Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, Amazon Loadshare) to meet daily order demand.
Rider Engagement & Retention: Build strong connections with riders, resolve payout or operational issues, and maintain high attendance and retention rates.

Requirements:
1-3 Years Experience in Logistics/Last-Mile Operations preferred.
Good communication & leadership skills.
Knowledge of Hyderabad locations.
