Role Description The Team Lead role at Careerveda is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations of a functional team, set priorities, allocate tasks, and monitor progress to ensure program and project delivery meet organizational standards. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring team members, conducting regular check-ins, facilitating collaboration across departments, and resolving operational or learner-related issues in a timely manner. The role involves coordinating with academic, placement, and operations teams to maintain quality in program delivery, optimize learner experience, and support performance metrics. The Team Lead will also contribute to process improvement, report key performance indicators, and support strategic initiatives aligned with Careerveda’s mission.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, people management, and team coordination skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse team members.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and learners.
- Experience in education, training, career services, or a related domain, preferably in data or technology-focused programs.
- Proficiency in planning, organizing, and tracking tasks, with skills in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Comfort with digital tools, learning platforms, and basic data analysis to monitor performance and improve processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Education, Management, or Technology); advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a team lead, supervisor, or similar role, ideally within an edtech or skilling environment.
- Commitment to learner success, accountability for outcomes, and a continuous improvement mindset.
